What are you proud of?

Life in a law firm is frenetic. When you’re in that environment, it’s easy to gloss over your accomplishments and instead just rush on to the next item on your to-do list.

Yet it’s vitally important to push the pause button, every now and then, and acknowledge your work. Take notice of your progress and celebrate what you’ve achieved.

The end of the year is a great time to do just that. To take time to actually stop doing and instead reflect on the past year and note your victories.

That client helped. That company satisfied. That case settled. All the big and little victories that have accumulated over the past year with hardly a glance.

Don’t let the end of the year slip by without noticing that despite all the rushing and frustration and near misses, you did it.

Here at Discovery Genie, we’re practicing what we preach and taking the time to celebrate our victories too. It’s one of the ways we stay energized.

We’re proud of the many victories we’ve had this year.

We were honored to be recognized nationally, not once, but twice, for our innovative legal technology. First, when we were chosen to participate in the highly competitive LexisNexis Legal Tech Accelerator. And again, just last week, when we were chosen as a finalist for the ABA Legal Tech Show.

We’re proud of the refinements we made to Discovery Genie based on customer feedback, such as adding key documents and a separate window for review.

But our biggest accomplishment?  The thing we’re most proud of? Our satisfied customers. When we hear about the time saved, the frustration alleviated and the rush of gratitude in a customer’s voice, that’s when we feel especially victorious!
